위 링크를 들어가면 Workflows 탭의 CI를 선택해서 가장 상단의 Updating submodules Summary 항목을 선택
CI 탭에서 windows 항목을 선택 후, 우측 상단의 Artifacts 컴포넌트를 선택해서 다운로드
# 여기서부터가 중요한데,
다운로드 받은 watchman.zip을 압축을 풀어서 다음 경로에 watchman 디렉토리를 생성하여 복사 붙여넣기 함.

사용자 환경변수를 설정함. PATH 변수에 다음 경로를 추가함
